Chilli Vinegar
Chillies
1 bottle white balsamic vinegar
Slice the chillies in half;
remove the plastic spout thing from the vinegar bottle;
Add the chillies to the vinegar;
replace the spout thingy;
put in the back of a dark cupboard for a few weeks;
Enjoy
